It is a safe space built on respect, listening, self-determination and confidentiality. What is said in the group stays in the group. No one should be alone.

Who can take part in the activities?
Many activities are open to everyone, with no membership needed. The Psychological Support Desk, for example, is for LGBTQIA+ people, parents and caregivers, and you don't have to be a member. The Queer Group is meant for LGBTQIA+ people living in the province. The Transfeminist Group is reserved for cis and trans* women. The Men's Consciousness-Raising Group is meant for men.
